Once again this year, JFC students are sharing the joy of the season by helping others. Students are collecting nonperishable food items for the Waterloo Region Food Bank in an effort to make sure no children go to bed hungry.
We are also taking donations of Canadian Tire money to purchase toys for the Waterloo Region Angel Tree, so that every child wakes up to presents on Christmas morning.

Highland Baptist Church is a second home for many students of J. F. Carmichael Public School. A hot breakfast is served to students 5 mornings a week through the Nutrition for Learning Program. In addition, many children are part of the Bell Choir, headed by Norm Giesbrecht.
